IMPORTANT – PRE-INSTALLATION CLEANING REQUIRED
This is a new cylinder head casting and must be properly prepared before installation.
Before fitting, the cylinder head must be thoroughly cleaned using an appropriate hydrocarbon degreaser or engine-safe cleaning product.
All oil galleries, coolant passages and internal areas must be checked and cleaned to ensure any residual casting sand, swarf, machining debris or contaminants are fully removed.
Failure to properly clean and prepare the cylinder head before assembly may result in serious or catastrophic engine damage.
Ultimate Mogs Pty Ltd will not be liable for engine damage, labour costs, consequential loss or other damage caused by incorrect installation, inadequate cleaning, contamination, or failure to properly prepare the cylinder head before fitting.
Warranty claims may be declined where damage or failure is found to have resulted from inadequate cleaning, contamination, incorrect preparation, incorrect installation, or failure to follow normal engine assembly procedures.
