Pulley, deflect arm or water pump idler OE

Belt pulley for the deflection arm/fan belt drive or water-pump idler.

This is for the pulley on the end of the long arm closest to the water pump OR for the water-pump idler pully that is in place of the factory alternator between the radiator and the engine.
(The deflection arm is mounted to the side of the radiator, this holds tension for the fan drive belt on the engine side).

Tech tips:
– Dont forget to check your deflection arm bush for cracking and wear, failure of this bush may cause the belt to dislodge and subsequently cause overheating issues as the fan will no longer rotate.
– Ensure the protective dust and moisture cap is present and in good condition, failure of this cap will cause premature wear of the idler pulley bearing. Sold separately HERE
– Please additionally note that aftermarket cross referenced pulleys will not fit this application, only the genuine MB part will fit correctly.
